Ans. Hi, Classes will be conducted on one instagram page that will be accessible to paid members only. classes will be conducted one to all.

3. What's beginner level and intermediate?
ANS. Beginner - Someone who doesn't workout regularly or has not workout so far.
INTERMEDIATE - WHO WORKOUT ON REGULAR BASIS
Intermediate - Someone who has been working out regularly at least for 15 days. don't worry everything is well planned
