ABOUT THE PROGRAM

In the 6 week fitness program, I will take a daily one hour live class. Strength training, yoga, cardio, flexibility training and many things are included in the workout session.

you will get an easy to follow diet plan, everything you can get in your kitchen. diet will be as per your food choice and goals

WORKOUT TIMINGS

Beginner level - 6 PM IST Intermediate level - 7:30 AM IST Rest assured, You will receive a recorded session for all the workouts.

Ans. Hi, Classes will be conducted on one instagram page that will be accessible to paid members only. classes will be conducted one to all.

ANS. Beginner - Someone who doesn't workout regularly or has not workout so far.

INTERMEDIATE - WHO WORKOUT ON REGULAR BASIS


Intermediate - Someone who has been working out regularly at least for 15 days. don't worry everything is well planned

4. What if I miss any session ?

ANS.Don't worry, You will get recorded session of every session

5. Till when, do I have access to the recorded videos?
